1、 Culture of bacterial strains

The company adopts independently developed excellent strains and breeds them through strain cultivation technology. Firstly, select healthy fruiting bodies from fresh enoki mushroom and make them into keratinized mushroom strips. Subsequently, the fungal strips were inoculated into a liquid containing basic culture medium and appropriate nutrients, and cultured under suitable temperature, humidity, and light conditions to promote hyphal growth and continuously screen for high-yield and high-quality strains.

2、 Matrix preparation

Matrix is the main substance for the growth of enoki mushroom, which not only affects the speed and yield of mycelial growth, but also directly affects the quality and taste of enoki mushroom. Firstly, collect fresh plant materials such as sawdust and corn cobs, and air dry and disinfect them. Subsequently, the raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion and sterilized using high-temperature and high-pressure steam. At the same time, appropriate moisture and nutrients are added, and after thorough stirring, the matrix is made.

3、 Inoculation of enoki mushroom mycelium

Crush the cultivated bacterial strains into a certain size of bacterial dispersion using a special tool, evenly sprinkle it on the prepared substrate, and disinfect it again. Next, place the inoculated substrate box into a specially designed cultivation furnace, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity for cultivation, and promote the growth and reproduction of mycelium.

4、 Growth of enoki mushroom

Under suitable conditions, the inoculated mycelium begins to continuously grow and develop on the substrate. At this time, attention should be paid to controlling temperature, humidity, and light to prevent adverse factors such as excessive drought, excessive humidity, or excessive light from affecting the growth of enoki mushroom.

5、 Picking of enoki mushroom body

When the enoki mushroom are fully grown and mature, they should be picked by hand regularly to maintain their freshness, tenderness, and deliciousness. After picking, cleaning, sorting, packaging through an automatic packaging line, and finally sending to the market for sale.

6、 Prevention and Control of Diseases and Pests in enoki mushroom

During the growth process of enoki mushroom, they are easily affected by some pests and diseases, such as green mold, anthracnose, black rot, aphids, mites, etc., which seriously affect production efficiency. In order to prevent such situations from happening, Xuerong Company has adopted a combination of biological and chemical control methods, and installed monitoring devices for aphids and mites in the vegetable shed to achieve precise prevention and control.
