Six Recipes for Cooking Fresh Pear

Pears are moist and juicy, soothing throat and clearing heat. Fresh pears are very suitable for dry seasons like summer. Here are six pear weight loss recipes for everyone to help you lose weight,expecially in the summer.


1st :  Sweet Pear Soup


Ingredients: Two pears, proper amount of sugar.


Method: Wash the pears, peel them, cut off the tops of the pears, dig out the cores, put in rock sugar, and then cover the lid, you can fix it with a toothpick. Put the pears in a container, then put the container in a steamer to start steaming. To keep boiling for about two hours. This rock sugar pear is best for dry autumn.


2nd: Tremella and Pear Soup


Material: Two pears, right amount of Tremella.


Method: Cut the pear into small pieces,and  clean the white fungus, tear it into small pieces, and soak it for a while. Put the Tremella in the pot and cook for 10 minutes, then add the pears and cook for 10 minutes. 3rd: Pineapple and Pear soup


Material: Two pears, half pineapple, Tremella and goji berry


Method: Peel and cut pineapple and pear into small pieces, soak Tremella and goji berry in water. Then put the pineapple, Tremella, and pear into the pot together and boil the right amount of water over high heat. When boiling, add rock sugar and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Put the wine and goji berry in the pot and cook for another minute, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes before opening the lid.



4th: Chrysanthemum and Pear Tea


Materials: One pear, ten chrysanthemums, 15 pcs of goji berry, 20g rock sugar, 800ml water.


Method: Wash pear and cut into small pieces. Pear pieces should be cut small enough to soak the sweet juice. Place the pear chunks in a teapot, and add chrysanthemum, goji berries and rock sugar. Pour into the boiling water and stir with chopsticks. Be careful when pouring water. Cover the teapot lid and drink for 5-10 minutes.


5th: Steamed Pear


Material: 4 pears.


Method: Peel the pear, cut it horizontally from the top of the pear, dig out the core, and put in rock sugar or baguette. Then insert the cover with a toothpick. Then steam it in a pot until the pears are translucent and ready to serve. This way of eating is very helpful for clearing away heat and nourishing the lungs and eliminating fat.


6th: Pear Porridge


Materials: glutinous rice, peanuts, red dates, pears.


Method: Cut the pear into small pieces, and remove the core of red dates. Boil glutinous rice, peanuts, red dates, and clear water into a porridge, then wait until the porridge is boiling, then add the pears and cook for another two minutes, then add the right amount of rock sugar to flavor.
