The skin of the pear is yellow-green, and becomes transparent golden yellow after storage; the bagged pear has yellow-white with the skin, small and uniform fruit points, and has an extremely beautiful appearance. The fruit is milky white, the fruit core is particularly small, and there are few stone cells. The edible rate is over 95%. The pear flesh is crisp and tender, and the pear juice is sweet. The bagged pear contains 12% ~ 15% of soluble matter, and the unbagged pear is 14% ~ 16%. In recent years, it has been very popular in the Southeast Asian market with a very high price. It is currently the highest-priced and most popular pear variety in China and abroad. The pear is easy for storage and transportation, can be stored for 30 days at normal temperature, and can be stored for 5 to 7 months under cold storage at 0 ~ 5 ℃, but the storage period must be covered with fresh paper to prevent water loss and wrinkling. The mature period of golden pear in Shandong is mid-September, and the growing period is about 145 days.
