Grading for Exported Fresh Pear

The fresh pear will be divided into two levels interms of Chinese Standard for definition of qualified pear, which is referring to Ya Pear, Singo Pear, Golden Pear, Huangguan Pear, Century Pear, Snow Pear, Gong Pear,etc.

Grade AAA：

1） The pear shall be clean, fresh, and fairly well formed, 

2） The weight for each pear is no less than 240g;

3)  The pear shall be mature but not overripe

4）the pear shall be free from decay, internal browning, internal breakdown, soft scald, scab, freezing injury, visible water core, and broken skins. The pear is also free from injury caused by bruises, sunburn, limb rubs, disease, insects, or other means.

Grade AA：

1）The pear shall be clean, fresh, fairly well formed, 

2) The weight for each pear is no less than 180g;

3) The pear shall be mature but not overripe

4) The pear shall be free from decay, internal browning, internal breakdown, soft scald, scab, freezing injury, visible water core, and broken skins. The pear is also free from injury caused by bruises, sunburn, limb rubs, disease, insects, or other means.
